It seems the Government is trying to fool the Escom consumers by promising 200 units free but purposedly not allowing to register. I for one never exceeded my consumption more than 161 units since 31/01/2002. FY-2022-2023 the average consumption is 142 units. But after filling up the Bescom Account Number the owner’s name appears. Enter Aaadhar number and try to authenticate the system get hung ask to wait. Then it never ends.Last night I tried 6 times but no avail. If the Government can not manage a website how they are going to govern the state?

Reminds me of the board fame SNAKES & LADDERS. After going through some steps to register , BOOM , you are pulled back to the first step repeatedly. Some governance this is. Cant a website be operational properly. Guess its fooling the public and postpone the scheme as much as possible.
