I am in ninth grade ICSE
But I have an objection that as my second language is hindi but as I am studying in Telengana , telugu, third language is compulsory now but for the students whose second language as telugu they don’t have third language as hindi. They have a subject less comparatively. If they are having a subject less, the syllabus will be more easy for them to study. They will score more marks compared to us. Request you to keep all students the same subjects. Because of inequality in subjects there will be a difference in the overall percentage of the child just because he/she has to study a subject more.

I would suggest you not to worry about telugu.It is not a board exam subject, but a government rule.I think pass marks in telugu will be adequate.Focus on board subjects.
