Qualification:
Applicants must have passed their Matric examination with English or Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Moreover, candidates must know the local language of the region they are applying to. In addition to these, the applicant must have the knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit:
GDS applicants must fall between 18 to 40 year age category ( As on June 11, 2023). Post Office GDS Apply Online 2023
GDS aspirants can only apply between May 22 and June 11. Therefore, to apply for Post Office GDS, applicants can follow these steps-
STEP 1: Visit the authorized web portal of IndiaPost GDS online.
STEP 2: On the candidate’s corner, click on the registration stage.
STEP 3: Now, candidates will be taken on the Online Gramin Dak Sevak Engagement page.
STEP 4: Now, GDS applicants have to register by entering their mobile number, email id, name, father’s name, birth date, gender, community (category), state in which applicant passed 10th exam, year of passing, and security code. Besides entering valid mobile number and email, GDS applicants have to validate the entered mobile number and email.
STEP 5: Now, submit this registration form. After registration, a registration number will be generated.
STEP 6: Now, on the candidate’s corner, select the apply online option.
STEP 7: On the next page, enter GDS registration number and select the circle name.
STEP 8: After correctly submitting these details, candidates can proceed to fill the GDS application form. After filling the form with required details, GDS applicants have to select their preference.
STEP 9: Finally, after paying the required fee, the submitted form can be downloaded from the authorized IndiaPost GDS online web portal.
Post Office GDS Last Date 2023
The last date for applying for this significant recruitment is June 11, 2023. In addition, the final date for fee payment is also the same as the last date for applying. Female, ST, and SC candidates don’t have to pay the application fee for Post Office GDS. Whereas, General and OBC candidates will be charged INR 100 for submitting their Post Office GDS application.
