SCERT Assam Deled Counselling 2023
The Deled Counselling 2023 is conducted by the SCERT Assam. Through the Assam Deled Counselling 2023, eligible students will be admitted into a 2-year Deled course for the session 2023 – 2025. The 2-year Deled Course is offered by various NCTE-recognized TEIs.

The Assam Deled Counselling 2023 is based on the marks scored by the examinees in the PET Exam 2023. The result of the Assam PET Exam 2023 was recently declared on September 24. Examinees who have received good marks in the PET Exam 2023 can apply for the Assam Deled Counselling 2023 through the authorized web portal of the SCERT Assam.

Assam Deled Counselling 2023
SCERT opened the Counselling portal on the following day of the PET Result declaration, i.e, September 25. Interested candidates can apply for the Assam Deled Counselling 2023 till September 30. In addition, students can download the information brochure, admission notice, admission process schedule, user manual, and other relevant details by visiting the authorized web portal of the SCERT Assam.
After registrations, a district-wise merit list will be prepared, and the selected students will be admitted to their concerned Teacher Education Institutions. Additionally, each district will have a 30% reservation for Science Stream students and 70% for the remaining streams. The Assam Deled Course offered by these TEIs will be for 2 years (4 semesters).

Previously, the Assam Deled Counselling 2023 was supposed to start on September 22 onwards. However, the result of the PET Exam 2023 was declared later than expected. Therefore, SCERT Assam had to postpone the Deled Counselling 2023 to September 25. For this, a revised schedule was recently published by the SCERT Assam on its authorized web portal.

Firstly, applicants have to visit the authorized web portal of the SCERT Assam and complete the Application Form by choosing the preferred institutions and submitting details. Upon Successful submission of the Deled Counselling Application, students will receive a preference slip.
If there is any change in the schedule, the SCERT Assam will notify the applicants through a notice published on its authorized web portal. This is why registered students should regularly check all the notices published by the SCERT Assam.
SCERT Assam Deled Counselling Fee 2023
To fill out the Assam Deled Counselling Application 2023, students won’t have to pay a fee. The fee of INR 600 was previously submitted by the students for the application of the PET Exam. Hence, applicants have to preview their application and submit their preferences.

Moreover, the Deled Course Fee is different for Government and Private institutes. According to the Deled Information Brochure, the course fee is –

SCERT Assam Deled Counselling Process 2023
SCERT Assam plans to conduct 4 rounds for the Deled Counselling 2023. However, depending on the vacancies in the TEIs, the rounds might be increased. Firstly, applicants have to choose their preferences and submit their applications. After this, district-wise and category-wise ranks will be published. On the basis of these ranks, the Assam Deled Counselling Allotment Result 2023 will be declared.
Selected students will have to complete a physical admission process within the allotted time. After this, the participating institutes will upload the admission report and the updated vacancy list. Similarly, the remaining Assam Deled Counselling Rounds will be conducted.
