Shahnawaz Hussain is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party and serves as one of the national spokespersons for the party. Shahnawaz previously served as the Minister of Civil Aviation and Minister of Textiles. In addition, Shahnawaz also served as the Minister of Industries of Bihar from February 2021 to August 2022.

On September 26, Shahnawaz had a cardiac arrest and was immediately transmitted to the hospital in Mumbai. The doctor reported that Shahnawaz showed the evolvement of a heart attack. After Shahnawaz was transmitted to the hospital, the doctors conducted the required medical procedures.

The doctors discovered a blockage in one of Shahnawaz’s veins, which was obstructing blood flow to his heart.

Shahnawaz Hussain was born on December 12, 1968, making him 54 years old. His full name is Syed Shahnawaz Hussain. Shahnawaz was born in Bihar’s Supaul town and is affiliated to BJP. Shahnawz holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, which he completed from B.S.S.E., Supaul, and ITI Pusa.
Shahnawaz got married to Renu Sharma in December 1994, and they had two sons. In 1999, Shahnawaz was elected to the 13th Lok Sabha from Bihar’s Kishanganj Constituency. Shahnawaz held the position of MP from 1999 – 2004 and from 2006 to 2014, from Kishanganj and Bhagalpur constituencies, respectively.

Doctor Jaleel Parkar and Suresh Vijan, a cardiologist at Lilawati Hospital, performed an angioplasty on Shahnawaz Hussain. According to the doctors, there was no damage to Shahnawaz’s heart muscle. Shahnawaz’s immediate transportation to the hospital and effective treatment minimized damage to his heart vessels.
Shahnawaz’s condition has improved significantly after his angioplasty. Moreover, Shahnawaz was recently reported to a private ward from the ICU. This indicates that there has been an improvement in Shahnawaz’s current health. Shahnawaz’s family, friends and well-wishers are hoping for his successful recovery as soon as possible.
The doctors are likely to keep Shahnawaz under their care for a couple more days before discharging him. This will be done to ensure that no further complications occur after the recently conducted angioplasty on Shahnawaz.

Shahnawaz is currently a member of Bihar Vidhan Parishad. He assumed this position on January 21, 2021. Shahnawaz currently resides in Patna. However, his treatment is being done in Mumbai.

After Shahnawaz reported having high blood pressure, he was taken to the Lilavati Hospital. Doctor Jaleel Parkar said that he received Ashish Shelar’s call, who asked for Shahnawaz’s hospitalization due to his critical condition. According to the reports, Shahnawaz was at Ashish Shelar’s house in Bandra. When he reported feeling uneasiness, Ashish was the one who immediately took Shahnawaz to the hospital.
Ashish is the BJP chief of Mumbai and MLA. Shahnawaz was admitted to Lilavati Hospital around 4:30 PM on September 26. Shahnawaz’s health condition is expected to improve after receiving medical treatment and care for a few more days.
