The counselling for the UP Deled 2023 is conducted by the UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari. The UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari recently released the state ranks for the UP Deled Exam 2023, held in June/July. The seats in various teaching institutions in Uttar Pradesh will be allotted on the basis of the UP Deled Rank and the selected institution. The counselling 2023 has been started from September 15.

UP Deled Counselling Date 2023
The UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari has started the counselling from September 15 onwards. The priority to make the selections will be given to the applicants with higher rankings. Initially, the choices will be filled by the applicants whose ranks range from 1 to 20000. After that, the available choices will be filled by the applicants whose ranks fall between 20001 and 80000. 
The remaining choices will then be filled by the applicants whose ranks fall between 80001 and 150000. Finally, the remaining choices will be filled by the applicants whose ranks fall between 150001 and 240000. According to the UP Deled Counselling Date 2023, the allotment fee must be submitted from September 15 to October 3 (rank 1 – 240000).
UP Deled Counselling Schedule 2023
The schedule for the UP Deled 2023 was recently published by the UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari on the authorized web portal of the UPDELED. This significant schedule was published along with the release of the Merit List.

In addition, the institutions have to report/lock the admitted applicants before October 17. Unless the institutions complete this process, the admission will not be validated. The dates to fill the choices of the institutions and the allotment result dates are different. Firstly, the allotment result for the Ranks 1 to 20,000 will be published on September 21. Then, the choices for the ranks 20,001 to 80,000 will commence on September 21 onwards.
UP Deled Counselling Fee 2023
There has been a change in the structure and process for the fee submission. Firstly, the applicants have to submit an initial fee of INR 5,000. The applicants will be allowed to fill their choices of institutions only after submitting this allotment fee. Once submitted, this fee won’t be refunded. Therefore, applicants should carefully fill in all the information and read all the details thoroughly before proceeding to pay the fee.
After this, the result of the allotment will be announced by the UP Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari. If the seats have been allotted to the applicants, they have to pay a fee of INR 5,000 to download their allotment letter. Again, this allotment letter fee won’t be refundable, even if the applicant did not take the admission by reporting at the allotted institution.

UP Deled Counselling Form 2023
The form for the UP Deled Counselling 2023 can be accessed after completing the registration. Applicants have to upload their documents and enter various required information to complete the counselling form.
The steps to fill out the UP Counselling Form 2023 are mentioned on the authorized web portal of the UPDELED. Although, the applicants are suggested to check their ranks (state wise ranks) before proceeding to apply for the counselling. If their ranks are falling in the range mentioned on the Phase 1 schedule, they can fill out the counselling form to get admission.
